Carmen Feldman, Esq., joined SonderMind in March of 2020. She oversees the company's legal, compliance and security functions. SonderMind is a tech-enabled behavioral health provider group operating in 16 states, and headquartered in Denver. Prior to joining SonderMind, Carmen worked in COPIC's corporate legal department. As COPIC's Compliance Officer, she managed COPIC's Compliance Program and ensured regulatory compliance of all COPIC companies in 35+ states. Prior to her time at COPIC, Carmen worked for Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains; a regional affiliate with 25 clinics in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Wyoming. In her role as General Counsel, Carmen oversaw the legal and compliance departments and was directly responsible for ongoing litigation matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. Carmen received her law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder Law School, where she focused primarily on health law. She is admitted to the Colorado Bar.
