Patti Hoff has been practicing and teaching ADR since 1992. She worked for the State of California for ten years doing arbitration for construction defect cases as well as handling private ADR. She served one term on the Daimler Chrysler arbitration panel. Her mediation experience includes governmental issues, landlord tenant, workplace and domestic cases. She is an author and speaker and teaches both mediation and construction.
