Kelley O' Leary, Esq., is a Law Clerk for the Honorable Gary M. Kramer, 18th Judicial District. Kelley was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon. She graduated from Boston University in 2011 with degrees in Political Science and Business Management. Kelley has studied abroad in Ireland twice, once as part of a unique comparative constitutional law program during which she took seven weeks of classes from former United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Kelley graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015. Shortly after passing the bar in October 2015,  Kelley began working as a law clerk in Douglas County, splitting her time between a dedicated domestic docket with Judge Kramer, and a diversified civil/criminal docket with the Honorable Shay K. Whitaker. Kelley enjoys baseball, hiking, and relentlessly poking fun at Judge Kramer. In September, Kelley will begin her post-graduate research thesis at the University College London.
