Simon J. Horsman is a film, technology and Internet lawyer qualified in both California and the UK. Simon qualified as a lawyer with international law firm, Slaughter and May, in London in 1992. From 1996 to 2003, Simon was a partner in Neff Law Group, a boutique technology, and e-commerce firm. Simon has represented some of the world's leading technology Internet, and media com­panies, including Microsoft, Intuit, Symantec, Adobe, Macromedia, and Autodesk, to name a few. From 2003 to 2005, Simon served as General Counsel of PriceGrabber.com, and handled the company's sale to Experian in 2005 for approx. $500 million. For the next 3 years, Simon was CEO of Future Films (US), a leading film finance company, where he provided structured finance for inde­pendent film production. From 2004 to 2007, Simon served as the Chair of the LA Chapter of the Technology Council of Southern California. In 2012, Simon arranged a major investment by a US firm firm in Independent Talent Group, Europe's largest talent agency. Simon is the principal of the Horsman Law Firm based in Beverly Hills representing clients in film and technology.
