Jennifer B. Millington

Honorable Jennifer B. Millington is an Administrative Law Judge in the Denver office of the Social Security Administration's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR).  She holds bar licenses in the States of Colorado and Texas.  She received her undergraduate degree from Rice University, her Juris Doctorate from the University of  Houston College of Law, and a Master of Arts degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Judge Millington served as an attorney for the Social Security Administration in Houston, Texas, and as an attorney, Senior Attorney, Supervisory Attorney and Regional Attorney for the Social Security Administration in Denver, Colorado.  She was an Administrative Law Judge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before her current assignment to the Denver Hearing Office.  She has served as a national trainer for the agency, providing legal and program instruction for attorneys, management and Administrative Law Judges on various topics.  She became the Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Denver Hearing Office in February 2016.
