W. Douglas Stansberry is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, high-risk credit relationships with a primary focus on commercial real estate and construction. His primary duties include the underwriting and extension of credit, the restructure of existing credit facilities, enforcement of loan covenants, risk forecasting, problem asset reporting, and foreclosure/collection actions as necessary to protect the Bank from further risk. He has created varied hedging structures designed to take advantage of current market conditions that were customized to individual customer needs. This included swap, caps, collars, and more advanced financial products. He has an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
