Robert Foster, Esq., began his public service in 1973 as a fire fighter for the USDA Forest Service. Thereafter he obtained Bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees in organic chemistry. He went to law school in 1983, practiced law in Oregon in private practice until continuing his public service as a US Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement attorney in 1987. He retired from federal service in 2016, and is now in private law practice in Estes Park, CO, where he has lived full time since 2011. He specializes in real estate, land use, and scientific evidence. Hobbies: hiking, cooking, photography, and amateur radio (KDØQBQ)
