Randolph Robida PC
Randy Robida is an attorney and owner of Randolph Robida, P.C., a law office in the Denver Tech Center. He moved to Colorado in 1988 to attend the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Denver and has stayed in the Denver area ever since. He worked in the tax department of Ernst & Young in Denver for two years and at a Denver law firm for four years before opening his law office in 1996.
 
Randy has a J.D. from The College of William and Mary, an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Denver, and more than 25 years of experience as an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant — including four years with the tax departments of Big Four CPA firms and more than 20 years in solo law practice. Randy is a frequent speaker on tax, business planning, estate planning, and estate administration matters at continuing education seminars for attorneys and CPAs. He has been active in the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, having served as chair of the Orange Book Forms Committee and as a member of a number of other committees and subcommittees. He has a Private Pilot License and flies aerobatics and volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol when he’s not at the office.
