Jodi S. Martin, Esq., is the founding attorney at Martin Law Office LLC. Jodi has over 25 years of legal experience, including extensive trial litigation and appellate experience. She is rated AV Preeminent through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process and has been since 2011. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma, as well as the federal district courts in Colorado and Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Jodi served as an Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, litigating high conflict felony cases, and later worked as a partner at an Oklahoma mid-size litigation firm leading the firm's employment litigation division. In 2012, Jodi and her family moved to Colorado, and she started Martin Law Office LLC, a client-centered solo practice focused on meeting the legal needs of a diverse client base in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Probate and Estate Litigation, Family Law, and LGBTQ legal matters. Jodi is active in the Boulder community, as well as the broader Colorado community, to include currently serving on the Boulder County Bar Association's Board of Directors and past service as a commissioner on the 20th Judicial District Nominating Commission, as well as a variety of non-profit work. Jodi is a frequent presenter for various organizations and bar associations on topics including technology, estate planning, LGBTQ legal matters, and succession planning for solo and small firms.
