Jodi S. Martin, Esq., is the founding attorney at Martin Law Office LLC. Jodi has over 25 years of legal experience, including extensive trial litigation and appellate experience. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma, as well as the federal district courts in Colorado and Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Jodi served as an Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma County, Oklahoma litigating high conflict felony cases and later worked as a partner at an Oklahoma mid-size litigation firm leading the firm's employment litigation division. In 2012, Jodi moved to Colorado and started Martin Law Office LLC, a client-centered law firm focusing on meeting the legal needs of a diverse client base in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Probate and Estate Litigation, and LGBTQ legal matters. Jodi is active in the Boulder community, as well as the broader Colorado community, to include currently serving on the Boulder County Bar Association's Board of Directors as the incoming President of the Board, past service as a commissioner on the 20th Judicial District Nominating Commission, service on the CBA Council on Equity and Inclusive Excellence, and a variety of non-profit work. Jodi is a frequent presenter for various organizations and bar associations on topics including estate planning and administration, technology, LGBTQ legal matters, and attorney succession planning.
