Elsa Martinez Tenreiro, Esq., practices worker's compensation law since 1990 representing claimants. As of January 2011 she started her own firm with partner Michelle LaForett. She has lectured as Faculty for CLE of Colorado and Workers Compensation Education Association Programs, as well as for other professional organizations, on Worker's Compensation law and ethics. She is a member of many organizations including the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. She is an advocate for pro bono efforts in the legal community, an advocate for access to justice and children's education, an active volunteer; is a DBA past president; and is currently serving on the Boards of the WCEA and COLTAF. She welcomed the opportunity to be a presenter at this seminar.
