Lorraine (Lori) M. Buerger, Esq is an attorney in Schiff Hardin's Corporate and Securities Group and Financial Institutions Client Services Group. Her practice includes a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, governance and compliance matters. Her practice concentration is on financial institutions and banking, with a particular focus on FDIC-assisted transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Buerger served as Director of External Affairs for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. Ms. Buerger received her B.A., cum laude, from Vassar College, her M.B.A. from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
