Abby L. Weibel
Until taking a break to care for her new daughter, Abbie L. Weibel was a senior associate at Kolko & Associates, P.C., where she specialized in U.S. immigration law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010. Ms. Weibel is recognized as a national expert in the field of immigration, particularly with immigration issues affecting children. Prior to joining Kolko & Associates, P.C., Ms. Weibel was the managing attorney of the Children's Program at the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, where she represented child survivors of crime, domestic violence, and human trafficking and their families. Ms. Weibel's practice has focused on family-based immigration, removal defense, children's immigration issues, and related litigation. She is fluent in Spanish.
