Michelle McCarthy, Esq., practices tax, business, trust and estate, and real estate law in Denver, and is a founding partner of Murray & McCarthy Law. She is the CBA Tax Law Section liaison to the Legislative Planning Committee, where she testifies concerning upcoming tax bills in the legislative session. Ms. McCarthy has an LL.M. in taxation and volunteered for two years in the low-income taxpayer clinic at the University of Denver. In her free time, she enjoys college football, running, and snowboarding. Ms. McCarthy currently sits on the CBA's Executive Council and is an officer for the CBA Tax Section.
