Jane K. Castro

Jane Castro, Esq., started at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in June 2012 as Counsel to the Clerk, taking a Staff attorney position in March of 2019 before moving into her current position as Chief Deputy Clerk. Prior to that, she was Law Clerk to Justices Alex J. Martinez and Brian D. Boatright at the Colorado Supreme Court. In 2008, she received her JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law as well as an MA from the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies: Austin, Texas.
