Casey Kannenberg, Esq. is a Partner at Hall Prangle & Schoonveld, LLC in Denver. For over a decade, Casey has been defending clients in high-stakes litigation. Casey started out his legal career in 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana, defending companies in business disputes and coaches and athletes in NCAA matters. Since moving to Colorado in 2013, Casey has focused primarily on defending hospitals and healthcare providers in a variety of legal and regulatory matters, with a smattering of sports and entertainment-related work. In addition to his law practice, Casey has given back to the legal community through service to state, local, and national bar associations. Most recently, Casey served as Speaker of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Assembly. Casey was also a two-time “Star of the Year” for the ABA YLD. Locally, Casey served as the Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and recently was a member of a subcommittee of the Colorado Supreme Court's Standing Committee on the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct regarding changes to the Rules. Casey also frequently speaks on a variety of litigation topics. Casey lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife and five kids. When not defending his clients, Casey can be found playing guitar in a Boulder-based original pop/rock band, volunteer coaching youth hockey, or engaging in the three “Rs” (reading, running, or riding (snowboarding)).
