Brian Medina serves as the Colorado Judicial Branch's lead analyst and product owner for its Colorado Courts E-Filing system. Before the launch of the Colorado Courts E-Filing program in 2012, he served as the project coordinator for the LexisNexis E-Filing system, acting as the primary liaison between the Judicial Branch and LexisNexis, and leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the LexisNexis program throughout the Colorado courts since 2004.
