Tim Jezek is Senior IP Counsel for Hughes Network Systems, now owned by EchoStar Corporation. His practice runs the gamut of commercial contracting, litigation, patent, trademark, and technology issues. Prior to joining Hughes he was a patent litigator. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
