Jack Peters, Esq., is a trial lawyer who has first chaired more than fifty jury trials. He has also tried multiple cases to judges and arbitrators and has argued hundreds of hearings. Beyond trial work, Mr. Peters' practice includes complex motion drafting and appeals and he has argued in front of multiple appellate courts. Mr. Peters concentrates his civil practice on commercial litigation, claims against public entities, employment counseling and litigation, professional liability claims, and probate court litigation. He also represents clients in criminal defense matters and in investigations by multiple government agencies. He began his career as a prosecutor in the Boulder District Attorney's Office, where he handled trial and appellate work.
