Marianne H. Luu-Chen, Esq., provides counsel on estate planning, probate and trust administration, premarital and marital agreements, administration of uncontested guardianships and conservatorships, and estate, gift, and income tax planning for individuals and families. Prior to entering the practice of law, Marianne was a business consultant based out of Singapore, owned a business in Indiana, and worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology. Marianne serves on multiple committees of the CBA Trust and Estate Section and is the current chair of the Orange Book Forms Committee. She also serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and on the Endowment Board of the Colorado Music Festival. Outside of work, Marianne enjoys spending time with her family, gymnastics, piano, traveling, studying languages, billiards, photography, and painting.
