Adam L. Hirsch is a partner in Kutak Rock LLP's Denver office. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and related litigation. Mr. Hirsch represents clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, including in connection with asset sales under § 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, debtor-inpossession financing, Chapter 11 plan confirmation, automatic stay litigation, claims litigation, avoidance actions, substantive consolidation issues, and structuring various transactions to manage insolvency risk. His clients have included secured and unsecured lenders, purchasers of assets, equipment lessors, software licensors, and providers of various goods and services. Mr. Hirsch also has represented debtors reorganizing under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
