Dona J. Leonard, MS, OTR, CEAS II, is the Industrial Medicine Coordinator, Harmony Hand & Physical Therapy Center in Fort Collins and Windsor, CO. She is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II who has performed all phases of employment testing since 2005 - from pre-employment through fit-for-duty and Functional Capacity Evaluation. Working with workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers throughout the state, she has developed an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of Northern Colorado industry and government. With a passion for injury prevention and workplace wellness, and as a certified WorkSTEPS® and X-RTS provider, she assists employers in identifying and maintaining the best physical “fit” between workers abilities and the work they do.
