Chris Brown has been working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for 15 years in both the public and private sector and has been with the Division of Water Resources for over 5 years. During his career, he has primarily been focused on applying GIS to water related issues and the use of GIS in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
