Connie Lind, Probate Programs Coordinator, has been with the Judicial Department since 1992. Her career began in the 14th Judicial District where she was the Chief Deputy Clerk in Grand County, before moving on to the 18th Judicial District. There, she held several positions including Clerk of Court for the Elbert County Combined Courts, 18th J.D. Lead Collections Investigator for all County Courts, Probate Registrar, Jury Commissioner, and Court Judicial Assistant. In her current role at the State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO), she supports Probate Registrars and Protective Proceedings Monitors, provides written policies and procedures, and probate training for all court staff. She is a member of the Supreme Court Probate Rules Committee and chairs the Probate Forms Subcommittee. She staffs the Probate Advisory Workgroup, is Co-Coordinator of the Domestic Relations/Probate Institute, and serves as the liaison between SCAO and the Colorado Bar Association.
