U.S. Department of Health and Human ServicesScott S. Driggs, Esq., is the Chief Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Region VIII, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to joining OGC in 2003, Mr. Driggs served as an active duty judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force for nine years. He continues his service in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. In both of his positions, he has been actively involved in defending federal agencies against claims of medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and of Brigham Young University.
