Joel M. Jacobson, Esq., is a corporate attorney in Denver with Rubicon Law Group, Ltd. He enjoys solving problems for growing, innovative companies across industries, and his practice focuses on formation, financings, corporate transactions, and day-to-day business legal issues. Joel serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he currently teaches Venture Law: Forming, Financing, and Selling a Startup. He also serves as a Supervising Attorney at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School. Joel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where he studied Political Science and Philosophy, and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
