Javier N. Del Castillo is a Director in the Corporate Development Group of Tomkins Limited, where he is responsible for negotiating and executing acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for Tomkins' global portfolio of companies. Mr. Del Castillo has led numerous deals with total value in excess of one billion dollars. He is also responsible for leading strategic projects for the Tomkins companies, including restructuring, growth strategy and real estate transactions. Before joining Tomkins, Mr. Del Castillo was an Engagement Manager for L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, where he led strategic due diligence and growth strategy projects for private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Del Castillo earned a B.A. in government and economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.
