Emily Smith, Esq., is an Investigator and Chief Analyst with the Denver based firm, Investigations Law Group. Emily has served Firm clients with all aspects of impartial investigations, including interviewing, data assessment, and reporting at the conclusion of the project. Prior to joining ILG, Emily launched a nonprofit law firm in Chicago that offered services to low-income clients that could not otherwise afford an attorney. She has also represented undocumented immigrants in matters such as Asylum claims and U-Visas for victims of domestic violence. Emily was recently named as a Colorado Bar Fellow by the Colorado Bar Foundation, whose mission is to support justice through legal services and law-related education. Emily currently serves as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section for the Colorado Bar Association.
