Hayley M. Lambourn

Wade Ash LLC
Hayley Lambourn is a senior associate in the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning and probate and trust administration. Hayley has been in private practice, focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law, since 2011. Her practice is informed by her early experience of administering estates, trusts, and conservatorships and investigating allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty by conservators, personal representatives, and trustees and of exploitation of at-risk adults. In her practice, Hayley strives to preserve her clients’ financial well-being and to achieve her clients’ family goals. She is skilled in preparing documents that are concise and readable and in helping her clients understand complex legal issues. Hayley prefers a collaborative approach to the preparation of estate planning documents and often teams up with clients’ other financial professionals to achieve appropriate financial outcomes. In addition, she collaborates with litigation team members to inform drafting in difficult family situations. Hayley believes in working as efficiently as possible in administration matters and utilizes the experience of paralegals and staff to streamline that process. Hayley is involved in the local trusts and estates community and has served as chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Orange Book Forms Committee, a committee that develops estate planning forms for use statewide. She is also involved in the development of new laws related to the trust and estate practice area through the Statutory Revisions Committee, of which she is the current co-chair. Hayley is also a member and past president of Women’s Estate Planning Council, a National Association of Estate Planners & Councils organization that is committed to collaboration among various estate planning professionals, including attorneys, trust officers, accountants, and other financial professionals, and education. Hayley spends her free time with her family, encouraging her children’s participation in outdoor activities. She is also an avid musical theater fan and previously worked on Broadway.
