Hayley M. Lambourn, Esq., is a partner with Wade Ash LLC. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning and probate and trust administration. Her practice is informed by her early experience of administering estates, trusts, and conservatorships and investigating allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty by conservators, personal representatives, and trustees and of exploitation of at-risk adults. Hayley is a recent graduate of the ACTEC Institute and is involved in the local trusts and estates community. She is the current Secretary of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and has previously served as chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee and Orange Book Forms Committee. Hayley is also a member and past president of Women's Estate Planning Council, a National Association of Estate Planners & Councils organization. Hayley spends her free time with her family, encouraging her children's participation in outdoor activities. She is also an avid musical theater fan and previously worked on Broadway.
