James “Jim” Fogg, Esq., is a trial lawyer at Haddon Morgan and Foreman, P.C. His practice focuses on plaintiffs' side legal malpractice, commercial litigation, and trust and estate litigation. Prior to joining HMF, Jim was a Partner of another renowned Denver-based trial firm and, prior to that, served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. James Casebolt of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Jim is a Denver area native and graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law. He has served as the Chair of the Executive Council for the CBA and DBA Young Lawyers Divisions, as a Trustee on the DBA's Board of Trustees, and as Co-Chair of CTLA's Commercial Litigation Committee.
