Rikke M. Liska, Esq., practices law in northern Colorado with, Liska & Smith, PC, where she focuses her practice in estate planning, probate, guardianships, and conservatorships.  She is appointed as the Deputy Public Administrator in the Eighth Judicial District.  Rikke grew up in Loveland, Colorado and received a B.A. in speech communication from Colorado State University. She received her J.D. in 2011 from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, with the highest pro bono distinction.  She continues to dedicate time to serving her community. Rikke Liska is a member of the Trust & Estate and Elder Law sections of the Colorado Bar Association and co-chair of the Trust & Estate section of the Larimer County Bar Association. She is also a co-chair of the Larimer County Access to Justice Committee.  Rikke was a member of the 2019 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) class and participated in the Sessions planning committee for the 2020 COBALT program. She has served on the board of directors for both the Larimer County Bar Association and Canyon Concert Ballet.  Outside of her law practice, Rikke has danced in 22 productions of the Nutcracker and continues to enjoy dance classes.
