Mike Rooks has 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 13 with The Staubach Company prior to their merger with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008. He was an office principal with Staubach's Front Range division, where he played a key role in the company's strategy and development. With a background in financial analysis and consulting, Mike uses his analytical skills and real estate knowledge to provide quality decision-making support to local and national corporate clients. He has extensive experience implementing real estate cost control strategies and focuses on the telecommunications, engineering, accounting and legal industries. Mike has been recognized for the past 11 consecutive years as a “Top Achiever” within the Staubach / Jones Lang LaSalle organization and a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate” by the Denver Business Journal for each of the same year. Mike received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Dartmouth Association of the Rocky Mountains and he participates in the Race for the Cure and Brokers Benefiting Kids.
