David R. Bennett, Esq. joined Ritsema & Lyon in 2015. His practice focuses on defense of insurance carriers and self-insured employers in worker’s compensation claims. Prior to joining Ritsema & Lyon, he clerked for the Honorable Michael H. Berger on the Colorado Court of Appeals. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and his master’s degree from Brandeis University. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School. During law school, Mr. Bennett clerked for the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts.
