Sean . Goodbody
Withers Seidman Rice Mueller Goodbody PCSean E.P. Goodbody, Esq., is a native of Wendell, Idaho and a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., magna cum laude, Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) where he played fullback and running back for Penn's football program. Sean graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2011. At Berkeley, he was an Articles Editor with the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and worked in a low-income law clinic, negotiating on his clients' behalf against credit card companies and debt collectors. He also worked as a judicial extern for federal workers' compensation judges in San Francisco. Sean has focused his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury matters his entire career. He has represented hundreds of injured workers in a diverse range of matters. Sean has argued workers' compensation cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and at the Industrial Claims Appeals Office. He became a shareholder of Withers Seidman Rice Mueller Goodbody P.C. in 2017. Sean spends his time with his wife and two daughters, watching and analyzing college football, snowboarding, exploring new music, hiking, and practicing yoga.
