Jeff Staudenmayer, Esq., is a Partner at Ruegsegger Simons Smith & Stern, LLC, where he has practiced since 2011. He received his undergraduate degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and then earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in 2004. Mr. Staudenmayer's practice includes representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims and subrogation matters. He has previously taught the University of Colorado Law School's workers' compensation law course as an adjunct professor, and he regularly provides training to employers and insurers regarding all aspects of workers' compensation cases.
