Doug Robinson is a co-founder and Managing Director at St. Charles Capital. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings for information technology software and services firms. In addition he has led and completed transactions for many non-tech middle market companies. Mr. Robinson has 21 years of technology focused investment banking experience. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Technology M&A at KeyBanc Capital Markets, Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Hanifen, Imhoff Inc.; a Principal and Vice President at Hambrecht & Quist, Inc.; and an Analyst at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. While at Hambrecht & Quist Mr. Robinson was a founding member and responsible for H&Q's Technology Services practice. This practice was the first on Wall Street to focus on the needs of information technology services companies. Mr. Robinson received his MBA in Finance from Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University. He is currently a Board Member and co-founder and the former Chairman of KidsTek, a not-for-profit focused on bringing technology skills to underserved youth. Mr. Robinson also serves on the Executive Board of the Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
