Shannon A.R. Allen, Esq., is a full time mediator and a managing partner of Anderson Allen LLC. After clerking for a Colorado District Court Judge and researching for the Colorado Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel, Shannon narrowed her practice to exclusively family law in 2012, focusing her legal practice on all areas of family law, including divorce/dissolution, allocation of parental responsibilities, child and spousal support, division of property, relocation, mediation, and alternate dispute resolution. Shannon co-founded Anderson Allen LLC in 2015, and in 2017, she transitioned her practice to exclusively mediation and Child and Family Investigator (CFI) work. Shannon was awarded a contract with the Office of Dispute Resolution in 2019 after establishing a successful mediation practice and having been appointed by the Court as a CFI in dozens of cases to make recommendations and testify in child custody cases. In 2020, Shannon transitioned her practice to exclusively mediation and now maintains a flourishing practice including high stakes family law cases all across Colorado. Shannon is a member of the Mediation Association of Colorado (MAC) and has a contract with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) and has been selected as a Super Lawyer for seven consecutive years. Shannon is a whitewater raft guide andlives in the mountains with her husband and three sons.
