Arthur K. Griffin, Esq., is an associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on acquisition and disposition, commercial leasing, development and alcohol law, all of which is backed by his corporate, tax and real estate background. Prior to joining the firm, Arthur was an associate at a regional Denver law firm. There, his practice focused on transactional corporate, tax and real estate matters, and included several areas of acquisition and disposition, commercial leasing, business succession planning, and tax planning and research. Additionally, he played a vital role in a multimillion dollar distillery start-up venture advising on all legal concerns, including licensing and physical premises, manufacturing and processing requirements, recordkeeping, federal and state excise taxes, “Tied House” and other trade practice/consumer protection provisions. Before attending law school, Arthur worked in real estate and asset management. His hands-on experience allows him to recognize the finer points of what his clients need and value.
