Jennifer Casey, Esq., is a partner and owner at Kolko & Casey, P.C., a comprehensive general immigration practice located in Denver, Colorado. Over the course of her 15-years of practice, she has worked exclusively in the field of immigration law, which has proven to be a challenging and highly rewarding career. Ms. Casey has represented clients in matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Federal District Court for the District of Colorado and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Casey currently serves on the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) executive committee. She has previously served as chair of Colorado AILA’s liaison committee with the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR)-Denver Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Denver Field Office. She has also served on AILA’s National Liaison Committees for EOIR and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). Ms. Casey has served on RMIAN’s Pro Bono Mentoring Panel since 2015 and is a member of the Immigration Law Sections of the Colorado Bar Association and Federal Bar Associations. Ms. Casey grew up in southeast Denver and is a proud graduate of South High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder. Ms. Casey received her law degree in 2006 from U.S. Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, California. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring and quiet time with her family.
