Randall E. Tuskowski is a Client Advisor in the FINPRO Department of Marsh in San Francisco and is currently a member of its FINPRO Global Advisory Board. Randy is responsible for managing his customers' professional risks, placing management liability insurance programs and developing state of the art Employment Practices (“EPL”) and Directors and Officers Liability (“D&O”) programs. Randy directs all renewal negotiations with the marketplace, including crafting and negotiating policy language. Randy has 28 years of insurance experience, is a member of the California State Bar, received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
