David Gomez, Esq., is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for StarTek, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, he was the chief legal officer and chief compliance officer with eTelecare Global Solutions, a Philippine based BPO provider with over 13,000 agents worldwide. From 2005 until 2008, Dave served as General Counsel for ProLink Holdings Corp. and from 2004 to 2005 as Senior Attorney at Eagle Picher Incorporated. From 1996 to 2003, he was an associate with the law firm of Quarles & Brady, Streich Lang, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Dave was a Senior Design Engineer with Loral-Vought Systems and Rockwell International Space Systems Division. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Arizona State University, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.
