Abby Brown, Esq., is an employment litigator whose representative clients range from individuals to small businesses to corporate clients. Abby has represented numerous clients in defense of state and federal discrimination and wage and hour claims and has experience litigating disputes regarding violations of employment, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements and trade secret misappropriation claims. Abby has also litigated multiple class action lawsuits and collective action lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition to litigating employment disputes, Abby also works with her clients to create employee handbooks and employment agreements, has assisted clients in negotiating employment and contractor agreements, and counsels clients on all aspects of the employment relationship. Abby also represents clients in business disputes, including contracts disputes, membership disputes, and trademark infringement actions and has experience litigating in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative agency actions. While the majority of her practice is focused in Colorado, Abby has litigated cases in a variety of jurisdictions around the country. Abby is a member of Moye White’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is Moye White’s Chairperson for the Colorado Pledge to Diversity Program in which Moye White participates. Abby is also actively involved with the Law School's Yes We Can program as a mentor. Abby was recently listed as a “One to Watch” by the Best Lawyers in America 2021 in the areas of Litigation - Labor and Employment, Commercial Litigation, and Litigation – Construction.
