Bret R. Poole, MAI, is a Principal of Bowes and Company a real estate appraisal and counseling firm based in Denver, Colorado. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Colorado State University and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. Bret joined Bowes and Company in 1990. Prior to joining Bowes and Company he worked 7 years in the banking industry, where his duties included loan origination, appraisal review, and commercial real estate analysis. Bret is the Past President of the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is President of the Colorado Coalition of Appraisers.
