Jack McGill is a partner in Kutak Rock LLP’s Omaha office. Mr. McGill conducts a tax practice, concentrating in matters pertaining to public finance transactions. His experience includes the areas of single-family housing, multi-family housing, § 501(c)(3) entities, stadium finance, general obligation bonds, refunding issues, escrow restructurings, and arbitrage matters.
Mr. McGill received his B.A. in 1996 from Creighton University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. He is a member of the American and Nebraska bar associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska.
