Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
James Ginsburg CAC III is the Director of Substance Treatment Services and Housing First at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH). He has a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Denver, is a certified addictions counselor and will receive his Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in May, 2011. Mr. Ginsburg has worked with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness and substance abuse for the past 20 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He provides training and technical assistance is non-violent crisis intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Assertive Community Treatment, Housing First and Bridges out of Poverty. He oversees the treatment provision at CCH for both the DARTT Denver Adult Drug Court and the Denver County Court to Community programs.
