Joyce A. Bivins is Probation Supervisor with Denver Adult Probation Department. Joyce currently supervises 10 Denver Adult Probation Officers assigned to the Drug Court Unit. She previously worked as an Intensive Supervision Program Officer (ISP) with the first Drug Court in Denver District Court in 1994. Joyce started her career as a Probation Officer in 1978 with the Cuyahoga County Adult Probation Department in Cleveland, Ohio, and with the Denver Adult Probation Department in 1990.
