John B. Noone, Jr., Esq., is an attorney licensed in Colorado who had a previous career in the U.S. Army. He is the author of the book, Students Who Move And Transfer School, which is intended to assist teachers and school officials about the unique situations school children who change schools can face. He obtained an undergraduate degree from St. Mary's of Texas, an M.S. from the University of Southern California, and he graduated from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California.
