Damon S. Judd is a Principal at KRG Capital Partners (“KRG”), a Denver-based private equity firm focused on middle market buy and build opportunities. Mr. Judd joined KRG in 2004 and has been involved in a broad range of M&A transactions and related financings. Mr. Judd has worked extensively with current and past KRG portfolio companies in the transportation, specialty finance, aerospace, defense, and specialty manufacturing sectors and is currently a director of the following KRG portfolio companies: Marquette Transportation, SquareTwo Financial, PetroChoice, and PAS Technologies. Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Judd was an Associate at The Cypress Group L.L.C., a New York based private equity fund, and started his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in its Industrials M&A group. Mr. Judd earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
