Tyler Tysdal is a Managing Director of Satori Capital. Mr. Tysdal has a unique skill set and background that has led him to succeed as an entrepreneur, chief executive officer, private equity and debt investor. Mr. Tysdal is the Chairman of Montage Finance, an asset-based lender with fine art as collateral. He is also on the investment committee of Satori Capital's lending platform for professional athletes, Gibraltar Sports Capital. Prior to joining Satori Capital, Mr. Tysdal served from 2007 - 2010 as the Managing Director of Mantucket Capital, a private investment company with over $1 billion under management. The private equity and debt portfolio included Actagro, Symbius Medical Water Supply & Storage, North Poudre Irrigation Company, and MC Art, LLC. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Tysdal was the Managing Partner of TIVIS Capital, a private equity and debt investment company, focused primarily on healthcare and entertainment companies. He is also the co-founder of Sports Shares, a fractional luxury suite club that operates in several major markets. Mr. Tysdal began his career in investment banking with Alex. Brown & Sons. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is an active member of the Colorado Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), is involved in the Entrepreneur's Organization, and was a recipient of the Denver Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award. Mr. Tysdal's philanthropic passion is to bring monitoring and evaluation to the social sector through information technology.
