Laura Monty, Esq., focuses on family law, specifically in the areas of dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree disputes, including modification and enforcement matters, collaborative law, mediation, and unbundled legal services. Laura recently relocated with her family from Denver to Fort Collins and is in the process of establishing her own practice, Laura Monty Law, LLC, which will primarily serve Larimer and Weld counties. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Laura is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section, Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Laura has also served as a volunteer attorney for Metro Volunteer Lawyers. Prior to relocating to Fort Collins, Laura worked as a family law attorney for several years in the Denver area.
