Caleb Foy, E.I.T., is a Water Resources Engineer for the Colorado Division of Water
Resources (DWR). He received a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering and an M.S.
degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. He began working for DWR in August of 2010 with the team responsible for Water Divisions 2, 3, and 7 within the Water Supply Branch of the State Engineer’s Office. His primary responsibilities include exempt and non-exempt well permitting, water court case review, subdivision water supply plan evaluation, county land use action comments, Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety application comments, US Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 permit application comments, and substitute water supply plan review.
